Disgusted - Worst Ever
They dont even deserve one star. I have been battling constantly to cancel my policy with them. I have in the meantime sold the car with the tracking device, but my debit orders keep going off. I cant get hold of anybody in the cancellations department and none of the contact numbers work.
This is useless customer service, you cant complain, because it does not exist at all. Will have to consider other options taking into account the Consumer Protection Act.
