Disgraceful Customer service and poor quality product
Absolute disgraceful customer service. Virtually impossible to get through to talk to someone. Tracker hardly works. Zero help from anyone. You get cut off on the phone, you get put through to voice mailboxes. Unbelievably despicable customer service.

24 Jan 2024, 14:46Seems the only way for someone to contact you from Matrix is to put a message on Hello Peter. Not that it helps. Lady said someone would call me the next day. I am still waiting......absolute joke. I have emailed their customer service email, also still waiting for a reply. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I am cancelling both my contracts with them tomorrow. The app does not work and the customer service is beyond shocking.
