DISCONNECT NOT CANCEL
Sent: Saturday, 26 October 2019 17:06 To: *** Subject: Disconnect tracker services Good day We were involved in a serious accident today and the car was a write off. Please disconnect tracker services until further notice
1st Nov received a cancellation email but we DID NOT cancel the service as we will be getting a new vehicle, we wanted it disconnected as the car was written off. To date NO ONE has gotten back to us to retify this!!!
