Disappointed and unhappy customer

I am shocked at how poor service we are getting. I have been calling and emailing beame tracker for the past 2 weeks no reply or call from them yet they will never forget to debit your account at the end of every month.

I am extremely disgusted with this. tried calling and no answer or response I want to cancel this tracker but I have no idea how to cause no response from them. please can I get some assistance.
