Disappointed!
I cancelled my subscription with Beame via telephone on 21 May 2019 with Lee in the cancellations department. I received an email confirming my immediate cancellation, however, I still receive sms' and emails from Mix Telematics every month stating my account is in arrears & that I need to make urgent payment to avoid being handed over and black listed. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with the accounts department to sort this out but no luck. This is completely ridiculous & goes against section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act.
This needs to be sorted immediately.
