Device Testing

I am writing this as an angry client,I have been trying to get help to call and check where my car is but because of poor service at Matrix I didn't get help until today when a received a call from a girl called Keletso Matabane,she told me that she is at customer care and she really helped me a lot.That girl is well mannered and she was so patient and she answered all my questions. I am very happy because she got back to me because I was thinking of Canceling my contract with mix.I wish everybody who is with mixtelematics to be assisted by that young lady,she is a professional and she really knows how to speak to clients.My advise to Mixtelematics is that they should train their customer care agents how to be more like Keletso..I am so impressed with her service I just wish to see this young mannered lady and thank her for the way she assisted me..I am now a Matrix happy client because of her and she made me change my mind about Canceling my contract,she even know how to persuade a client to buy in the company
