Device not working but I still pay full amount

I noticed that my tracking device was not working for some time and I made means to contact the company through emails, watsup and phone calls but I was never assisted. I called time and again until I reach out to one of the consultants who promised me they will send out a technician to assist because they saw that the battery of the devise was low but they never sent anyone. So my car has no tracker but I stl pay them full price but I'm getting half their service.
