Devastation

I had the worst experience of my life, 2 weeks ago I was hijacked and I kept on pressing the panic button, all they kept on doing was calling and they can see I'm not picking up, that should be clear enough that I'm in trouble even after their 4 miss calls I kept on pressing my panic button since it was on my hand as they kidnapped me and they had my phone with them. I expected Matrix to react immediately after seeing that I'm not picking up my phone but the panic button keeps on signalling them that I'm in trouble. After I managed to escape I tried calling matrix asking them to track my car but to my surprise they only found the unit on that location n when I joined I was told that they install 2 tracking units but same day they told me that there's one n it was found. My car hasn't been found until today and every time I call them they keep ducking and dropping my calls. I joined their tracking company because they said they had 2 units and they respond quickly to emergencies but here we are. I'm so devastated and disappointed.... I seriously need a solution moving forward since I trusted them but they failed to deliver, bare in mind my car it's only 2 weeks. I cry everyday and night
