Deteriorating business
Good day, If I was the CEO of Mix Telematics responsible for quality of service delivered to customers, I would have been very concerned, because the quality of your services are deteriorating significantly. I am cancelling the contracts I have with Matrix after almost 18 years of making use of your services as the deterioration of your services is significant and unacceptable. I urge you to attend to it or you will not have a valued business in near future.
