De*****ing the elderly and refusing to refunds

If I could give a zero rating I would. This company is *****. Case Number Logged ***9 My tracker device has not been working since 9/12/2021. I Asked for refunds for the months you have debited from my account. I called last year to test device and some said the device gave me details of where the car is now this year I call the device has not been working since 2021 and calls are not traceable because they want dates number used, time called Are notes not done on clients profile everytime we called in. Aging 3 years of paying with no service and now they don't want to reverse my money. You are de*****ing a 58 year and happy with it
