Deceptive Service with Hidden Contracts and Poor Customer Support

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their service is absolutely terrible, and they deceive people into signing up. When we joined, we were never informed that it was a contract—we were under the impression that it was a month-to-month arrangement. They cannot provide any proof that I agreed to their terms and conditions, nor that we even signed a contract. When we requested the call recording to confirm our agreement to their terms, they ignored us.

The vehicle was sold more than a year ago, yet I am still paying Matrix for something I don’t even use. R 4000+ taken from us. Additionally, they never provide consistent information, such as the expiration date of the so-called contract, which makes it extremely difficult to cancel the service. Every time we ask, we are given a new month or a different response.
