deceptive information from agents

19 june 2023 my car was written off - i contacted to cancel or move my tracker - they agreed to move if i cancel they wanted me to pay a further 9 months because im cancelling even though i explained that the car was written off - when i called to follow up on the tracker being installed in the new vehicle, they then change their story and said that i still need to pay the 9 months fee - yet upon speaking to the various agent this was not relayed. they are ******* whom are trying to trick the consumer. a different story from each agent.
