Debits without my consent

Hi, in January , i received a notification that says Telematics deducted R105 from my account. i googled the company and was shocked as i do not have an agreement with them. i have been using Altech Nestar ever since i bought my car (2012). <br> <br> Apparently , they called me in September and i agreed for the company to continue deducting. 1st of all were is the tape/clip/link that i have asked for that proves i agreed for them to deduct the money? Where is the document of our \ agreement\"? if i agreed then did that person who called me introduced him/herself and said s/he is from Telematics? i would have asked about telematics? who are they? they deal with what? why are they calling me?i would never agree telephonically and proceed to tell them my banking details without hearing clearly where are they calling from. <br> <br> If i agreed then why are they deducting at the end of the month? my pay date is not at the end of the month. and why would i pay for 2 tracking companies/ i have been using Altech Nestar since 2012. <br> <br> this company must stop deducting money from my account. The money they are busy deducting is for my child and cannot always ask my bank to reverse the amount."
