Debits moving from R99 to over R600 pm. Incorrectly billed constantly.
Every month for the past year your debit orders have increased. This month, it is over R600 that has been deducted from my account. Last month, it was R400. The month before, R290.
This constant flux of debit's does not reflect the monthly service agreement that was signed.
I see this is the norm with the vast majority of clients on this board, yet no one is receiving their refunds. Trying to get a hold of anyone that is able to help at your offices is trying to find water in the Kalahari!
When the South African people are so strapped for cash, you decide to pursue an *********, and irresponsible method of collections of funds.

As per our telephonic conversation, we hereby confirm that the returned debit orders accumulated and resulted in the increased amount that was debited this month.
This now brings your account up to date and your monthly debit order amount will return to the normal amount next month.
