DEBITING OF THE ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER THE TRACKER THE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION WAS SENT

I received confirmation in August 2022 that the tracker has been cancelled for vehicle with Reg: DZ49LRGP and yet you continued to debit my account for the tracker under Reg FNV633FS to this date. I have no knowledge of this car and I want all the premiums paid to be refunded from 1 Sept 2022 to 31 May 2024 before I take this matter forward and also publish on social media the ***** committed by your company.
