******* debit orders

I cancelled my contract with Matrix several months ago as my car was sold. I received written confirmation that the contract was cancelled with immediate effect on 29 January 2026. It is now 17 April 2026 and I have had several ******* debit orders go off. I have reversed and blocked them but it is costing me every time. I sent Today (17 April). I did send a follow up email on 1 April with the cancellation attached but still no reply. I followed up again on 9th April...still no reply. I have sent YET another email today. I am now receiving threatening SMS's from them. Emails have been sent to 4 different addresses (***, ***, ***, ***) not one has responded. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute nightmare to deal with.
