Debit account for fun

I received numerous debit orders of which i had no idea where it was coming from and so i started to reverse the debit orders. weeks later i get a phone call from mixtelematics saying that the debit orders are being reversed and when can they expect next payment. i then informed the call center person that i have never agreed to have the mixtelematics and they informed me they will get the phone call recordings of which i agreed.

6 months later there has been no record of any phone calls of him agreeing and you keep debiting my account and i have to reverse it every single month

Please can you resolve this ASAP, i keep phoning and there is no answer. a lady phoned me in this week, i explained to her the story and she couldnt help me
