Daytime *******???

<p>On the 28th of April 2017, I sent an email ********** requesting them to cancel my contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then recieved an email stating "This communication confirms receipt of your email.</p> <p>Kindly note your reference number for the query : ********** 7. Should there be any outstanding information this will be communicated to you via email or phone."</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 9th of May i recieved an email stating the following</p> <p> </p> <p>"Dear Mr/Ms KNM MODIKOANE,</p> <p>This email serves to confirm that your query with reference number : ********** 7 is resolved.</p> <p>If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Care Team.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>MiX Telematics"</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet my acccount was still debited on the 25th of May. 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've noted that there's quite a few reviews on hellopeter complaining about your sneaky ways ,ignoring such emails and still dedcuting fund from their accounts. </p> <p> </p> <p>Could you explain to me why funds were still deducted from my account after formally submitting a cancellation request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not in the country so don't even bother calling me. I want all communication to be on email. </p> <p> </p>
