In Feb 2011 I signed a 3yr contract upon purchase of a Hyundai bakkie. Feb 2014 when the contract came to an end, a consultant called me on two ocassions asking if I wanted to renew, I told them I wasnt sure, I needed to discuss with my brother the regular driver, I didnt see the need but wanted to verify with him. We never got to discuss and i did not hear from them sure they had read between the lines. I was shocked in January 2015 to see they had gone ahead and renewed on my behalf. Upon querying I was told i should have called them but by virtue of me putting it on hold until discussion with driver couldnt possibly be authorisation? Now they canselled but will not refund. Funny that there have nothing to prove for the payment as there were no system test calls a whole year, nothing to indicate they were rendering a service. This for me is dailight ******* other consumers should know about.
