Dangerous Tracker Installation – No Panic Button, Car Draining

I had a tracker installed on 5 September 2025, and ever since then my car has been giving problems. It turns out the two trackers are draining my battery, and to make things worse, I never received the panic button that was part of my package.

What’s most disappointing is how quickly the sales team responded when it came to installing the tracker — but now that I actually need help, nobody is getting back to me. I’ve called multiple times and can’t get through to anyone in customer service.

As a woman, it’s extremely worrying to be stuck somewhere with a car that won’t start, especially when I was supposed to have a panic button for safety. The lack of support after installation is completely unacceptable.

I really hope someone from the company takes this seriously and resolves the issue urgently.
