Custumer Care - Who cares........

<p>Trying to log a complaint with Mix Telematics, - Consultant Lebo</p> <p>Problem: Explain to the not so friendly Consultant the online tracking show the stop location on the 26th of July - with nothing in between - only to find the vehicle parked the next morning more than 550km away on the 27th of July.</p> <p>Solution she Offered: Instructed me to adjust odometer on the system to correspond with the vehicle odo reading - How is this realtime tracking? I informed her that we lost unaccountable km's. The difference on the online tracking and the real odometer reading differs +-3300 and this is not acceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Conclusion: Being rudely transferred to a next consultant and the only answer I get is "I DONT KNOW"</p> <p>When i politely asked to be switched to the supervisor, frankly having enough of inefficient answers not resolving our problem, only to have the called transferred again and 3minutes later being disconnected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say - After numerous request to have a unit installed in our 6th Vehicle with no response, and the issue with lost trips on the system, we will be forced to source a Tracking Company who will at least have Customer Service should something go wrong. Thanks for NO service!</p>
