Customer services are the worst.
Customer care services at Mixtelematics is really pathetic.
As a trucking business we email for updates on our app as it’s imperative for us to track our cargo. Every single time we have emailed customer care we found no joy and this is continuous. The only time we get any feedback is after we have posted on hello Peter ! We have four references from yesterday and no assistance.
