Customer Service Office is incompete!!!!

No answer when I call their Customer service line. Emails are not answered, I don't receive my monthly statements when I call accounts to rectify this I am transferred to customer service that does not answer their phones. My account is now labelled as 'default' although I made a payment even though I didn't know how much I am suppose to pay since I don't receive statements. I can't even cancel their service so that I can move to more reliable company because they don't answer their phones. I just need to talk to someone to cancel this because of their bad service but the only department that answers their phones is accounts but they are not able to assist and always transfer me to customer service even after I explained that they don't answer their phones. I am so frustrated right now
