Customer Service is a disgrace!

After numerous times to call in, with the line forever being on hold.. and so many emails sent and all we hear back is automated emails... absolutely 0 customer service! Our service was cancelled and we need to query the debit order. We have stopped it due to no one getting back to us as we received the confirmation of cancellation.
