Customer service excellence
Shout out to Tokelo Phahlamohlaka for his exellent customer service today; what a pleasant experience of attentiveness, consideration and the will to solve my problem. I almost cannot believe it. Tokelo dropped off a panic button at my premises, and helped me with the activation and testing and gave me a "how to" tutorial on the two apps which I never understood.
