Customer service does not function
Mix Telematics customer care does'nt work , I tried the call centre , all my calls are being dropped . I tried the whatsapp line , there is no OTP that's being sent to my number. my number is correct ,which was picked up using my ID number. All I needed was to test the tracking devices. Do you you test these systems before you deploy them.
