<p>I tried calling the customer care number listed waitied for over 10 minutes and eventually someone answered but dropped the phone. Tried calling the toll free number for new services and they were not able to assist, I eventually tried the number again and the voice recording kept say ' the line should be free soon'. I wonder do they even monitor the number of dropped or cancelled calls.</p>
