<p>I am really disappointed that i have to come onto this website just to try and get hold of Beame/Mixtalimatic/Matrix. I have really a basic query but i have been struggling from last week to get hold of you guys. Firstly i tried leaving a message via you website for a consultant to contact me. I did that twice and nothing happened. Then i downloaded your App and tried registering a profile for some sort of self help. After filling my info on the app, i recieved a notification that an agent will be in contact with me. Guess What? Nothing. So i guess the only thing i can do is call the call centre right. Tried that too! Twice infact however the phone only rings for a long time and then cuts you off. Lets see if i can get my very small query solved via this platform.</p>
