Customer Orientated Service!
I had some issues relating to my unit and sent an email to customer care. Sheruna responded within 20 minutes of me sending the email and sorted out my query with such efficiency. She even continued to contact me and follow up after I missed a number of her calls and promptly transferred me to call centre agent, Lesego. Sheruna and Lesego were absolutely fantastic in handling my query.<br> <br> Mix Telematics should be proud to have such professional and customer focused employees working for them.
