As noted below in my e-mail dated 2nd of December 2024, the below has STILL not been sorted:
1. The Debit order amount for November 2024 needs to be refunded; 2. My welcome pack needs to be deliver; and 3. I would really appreciate if my Panic button can be deliver asap
I await your urgent feedback, otherwise I will be cancelling accordingly.
