Customer Care non Existent
Customer care is non existent at Matrix Car Tracker/Mix Telematics.
I phoned on Monday to try and get someone to help me with some username an password issues, I was on the phone for over an Hour. (On Hold Obviously)
Today I tried phoning again as I left two voice messages on Monday, And yet after 10 minutes on hold, still nothing.
Cannot hold on any more, NO CUSTOMER CARE at Mix Telematics.
