Customer beware, they don't really need your business.

I have been trying to get a response from this company since Monday they have decided not to respond to my numerous emails. Calling doesn't help either because they just hang up on you while you are speaking. Staff are just rude they answer statements without understanding the context and hang up when they are corrected. Forget getting a reply to any question you send via email because they'll just response with a computer generated email.

I told you I don't want a new contract with you, you still insisted on charging me for an additional month after my contract ended with you. I paid you for that additional month. Now you send me SMSes stating that you are handing over a paid account and you refuse to respond to any of my emails.

Should have just said you don't need my business at the start, would have contact your competitors.
