Customer Agents are jokers!
I spoke to a call centre at about 09h05 and she clearly had no idea on how to assist me. She put me through to a number where I waited for about 2 minutes for someone to answer. Matrix, your agents are jokers. I left a trackiing company to come over to you and your agents are worst.
