Cumulative Double debit every month.

Hello Peter I have been double debited every month since July/Aug. I did enquire and was told to pay R115.56x2, I did pay that amount in end of September they double debited the amount and I let that slide because they said I owe them. But now the double debit is continuing, and when I reverse one payment back they send me a messages stating that my account is overdue and they will list me to Credit Bureau. I do not owe them, they actually owe me, and I do pay them every month. I called several times and no one answered the phone. It looks like there are not willing to fix this and if you don’t check your statement, then they do get away with double payment. Is there a way that you can help me?
