CS & ACC Dept no Respond - DISASTER
I have sent an email 5 months ago requesting a cancellation of my beame account, no one responded to my mail but you keep debiting my account everymonth i do not want your services anymore. this morning i have called your call centre and spoke only once with CS who could not help me she transfered me to accounts, and the phone went off without even taking my details. Submited numeros CASE no via web app. Still nothing. i dont know what to do, please cancel this as i do not need it anymore, it is useless .
