******, they harass you for an upgrade for nonsense services and to get more money from you

In all honesty a zero rating suits these people. They kept harassing me for 3 months with their calls for an upgrade and I was reluctant as my unit was working fine but I finally gave in. They finally got their upgrade but their service has been ****ty since then. Some of the services I had before the stupid upgrade are taken off and I have to call in to activate them adding more money a simple thing like an alert when battery is off as I had this before and the high risk alert. I have been trying to get hold of them for 3 weeks to activate the services, their phone rings until it cuts off. I have tried different departments even sent an email last week to no avail. I got a reference number from the email but no one has called me back, I have been calling them daily for 3 weeks no luck. I wonder what would happen should my car be hijacked but I do not want to find out as I now want to cancel their stupid service.

I have resorted to pressing the panic button and someone called me she says she is not able to put me through to customer care but will get someone to call me, I'm still waiting. I will press the panic button everyday for them to call as that's the only way to get hold of them. I need to cancel this nonsense
