I am having ongoing on complaint with Matrix. I cancelled their value added product for road protect long time ago in june last year but been adding the amount ever since and i ended not paying the account thinking they will removed the road protect. i also query about my popia act. when they sending me their statement. they not protecting my information, i feel like they are reckless about my information and they are ******. i will not pay them, until the remove all those different about for the road protect, they have handed over my account to MBD now. they tarnishing my name . i will sue you
