Beame of Mix Telematics started billing me again directly after I closed my account with them after the contracted 2-year period had elapsed. They have charged me every month for a service I did not sign up for and actively canceled upon contract end. Attempts to contact them have been fruitless with email addresses returning "mailbox full", messages and calls hanging up automatically after a lengthy hold period, and never getting through to a service representative. What makes it worse is that this company and service are pushed by insurance companies as a condition of coverage. I believe there needs to be an investigation regarding the legitimacy and potential ********ity of the business practices of this company, along with its ties to the insurance industry and potential conflict of interest.
