CREDIT SCORE AFFECTED WHEN THEY DO NOT ALLOCATE PAYMENTS

HERE, WE GO, AGAIN!

So - after admitting they never allocated my payments and updating my profile.

NOW..... MY CREDIT SCORE - 9 MONTHS IN ARREARS!!!! I cannot. i literally have an email trial showing they never allocated my payments and they were in fault.... now it shows badly on my credit score. can someone please tell me what my rights are - maybe I should just contact a lawyer
