Credit record

I noted that according to my credit record that a balance of R115 outstanding was reported by Mixtelematix to the Credit Bureau??? How strange is this??? I have never been in arrears, never received any correspondence, nothing, but now this damage my credit record for no reason. I will definately consider canceling my contract with them. USELESS

We confirm that our Credit Control Department has been in contact with you and provided you with all the details pertaining to your account and your account details will be updated with the credit bureaus once the arrears have been cleared.

There is no arrears. I received your invoice on 25 March 2021 and made a eft on 26 March 2021. So what is your problem????
