Contract without my approval
I recently purchased a New Vehicle and part of the deal was an upfront payment of R4k for a tracker. A tracker was installed from Moc telematics, however no one called me to say they were installing it, neither have they confirmed the monthly sunscription, no contracts was signed. On the 1 June 2023 my bank account was debitted without my approval for an amount of R241. When I queried this, they said they will check the contract and recording and I am still awaiting this feedback. Unacceptable service!
