Contract still not cancelled debited account

As per the 2 emails sent on different occasions I cancelled my beamie due to selling my vehicle however the consultant I spoke to give me the wrong email address. So that resulted in a another debit order going off my account for the month of August in which I think it's totally unfair cause I am paying for something that I don't have. I was advised that I cannot transfer it to another vehicle. No one is getting back to me and it is practically impossible to get hold of you guys. Case Number Logged ***6 <br> <br> Please make sure that my account is not debited and that you refund me premiums that was taken as I cancelled it last month already.<br> Please sort this out for me A.S.A.P. <br>
