Contract not cancelled as requested.

been trying to cancel my contract for 7 months now with out any luck, some months the debit order does not go off, which made me think that they finally cancelled it, then a month later it goes off again???? Spoke to the call center over the phone who informed me that i need to send a mail to cancel the contract, that would be 5 mails so far that i send and no one is still not assisting me. Would never ever recommend this company to any one! The consultants in the call centers does not even know how to assist clients. Very bad service so far.
