Contract I did not agree too
I am on the beame contract. I realized that my premium went up. Thought maybe they raised they price, went to emails to check because it didn't make sense that they'd raise it to so much. But found no email confirming they did, I personally called them 26th October got a call back 27th informing they listened to voice calls and I did not receive nor agree. Now I'm obligated to pay the premium amount this month I did not agree too. I am so disappointed and feel ****med. Had I kept quiet and continued paying they would have not bothered to inform me I am paying extra to something I didn't not agree too.
