Contract extension against customer knowledge

To anyone who’s looking for a car tracking company, this is not the one to join , I sent an email last year to their cancellation department & also spoke to one of their agents about my cancellation since my contract was on a month to month & I requested cancellation, today I’m being told I’m handed over yet I have proof on my emails, well they met the wrong person, I’m about to take them to court & also sue for contract extension without customer approval, this company is ***** do not join it opt for other options
