Contract cancelled but still being billed

Do not take a Beame/Mixtelematics contract, very quick to call for signing up but useless to cancel<br> I emailed on the 14th August for a cancellation as my vehicle was sold,no response, called in on the 21st August, yes we received your request and are working on it....so I receive the banking details to pay cancellation fee, pay it immediately, receive September statement, payment captured but contract still active and subscription going off. Send an email 3 working days to Lesego and her manager Dalsy with all info, no response to date, call the office, just rings for over 10 mins...I sent the same email to their info and debtors emails, no response...is this how they operate? Can someone call me or respond and confirm my contract is cancelled and no fees due....is this so difficult to do?
