Contract cancellation!

Never will I use Matrix or recommend this to anyone. I was involved in a car accident on 02/01/2020 and requested a settlement with Matrix as my vehicle was written off soon after. They continuosly fail to respond to my cancellation emails. Which according to the contract is within my rights. They also do not answer calls. It is now April and my account is still being debited for a tracker I'm not in use of!!!
