Contract Cancellation
MiX Telematics is making me pay a settlement amount or alternatively continue paying for a tracker on a car that has been written off. This is absolutely senseless and ******** at best. I have read a lot of poor reviews about the company and it doesn't seem like they care since they continue being on the vendor list of insurances. I will certainly be pleading with Outsurance to have a look at our reviews and consider removing them from their vendor list.

How does that make sense to you. Shouldn't there be a difference between someone who cancelled the contract by choice and one with a written off car?
