Contract cancellation
They installed tracker in my car in 2019.After six months i decided to take car back to bank to minimize cost because i had two cars.I notified them and gave information why i want to cancel.After three month when car no longer with me they still deduct money from my account.Last month i called them the lady tolds me account was on contract for certain period.I qualify to cancel and no transaction will be made.To my dismay on Saturday 28.08.2021 transaction went through.I dont know what to do anymore unless taking them to Umbardsman as last resolution. Please assist. Thank you
