Contract cancellation

I have been in contact with the call centre about 5 times already..I have sold my car and wish to cancel my contract. Everytime I call I am told they will email me a settlement amount and bank details which never comes until I call again and get the same response over and over..all I want is to cancel the contract as I would be paying for something I don't have
